Plagued by anxiety and unworthiness, Hazel embarked on a life quest to find hope, healing, and ultimately, herself. Through her candid memoir and practical guidance, this book reveals how to identify and heal harmful core beliefs, replacing them with empowering ones that support your growth and journey.

First, you’ll explore the roots of your struggles; then, you’ll be guided to uncover the talents and treasures that have been hidden inside you all along.

This book is your guide to breaking free from the past and stepping into the future you deserve—written with the vulnerability and authenticity of someone who’s walked the path themselves.
